Wild Blackberry Sponge with Clotted Cream
100g Plain Flour
3 Whole Eggs
6tbsp Caster Sugar
2 Pinches of Salt
1 Vanilla Pod
160g Whole Milk
160g Double Cream
70g Nut Butter, Melted & Cooled
1 Lemon Finely Zested
250g Wild Blackberries (roughly)
